Every order is packaged with love. We use biodegradable and recyclable packing materials to safely and securely ship your order. 


We are happy to provide complimentary shipping with all orders over $60, or normally $7. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. We offer expedited shipping for delivery within 3 days at $25.


Shipping starts from $10-15 CAD. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery. We are happy to provide complimentary shipping with all orders over $200 CAD (USD150).

What happens after my order?
Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We aim to process your order for shipping within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped, with tracking information included. Orders are processed for shipping on business days (Monday - Friday and excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery times commence from the date of shipping and delivery times remain at the responsibility of the courier.

Can I return an item?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a refund, we are here to help.

All orders are backed by our 30-Day Curl Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love your purchase in the first 30 days after receiving it, you can simply return it and we will issue you a refund, no questions asked.

Sale Items

Products purchased during store-wide promotional sales, are final sales and cannot be returned for a refund. The products are excluded from our Curl Satisfaction Guarantee. Floracurl.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on regularly priced items only. All products in an order made through a store-wide sale are not eligible for return. 

How do I return an item?
The items must be returned to us within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

To request a return, simply forward your order confirmation e-mail or proof of purchase, detailing your reason for return to hello@floracurl.com. We will advise you of the next steps. 

Please note that we will not cover your cost of returning the item to us.

Once your returned item has been received, the item value will be refunded to your original form of payment and you will be notified via e-mail. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you wish to return a product that was purchased anywhere other than floracurl.com, please reference that specific retailer's return policy for instructions on how to do so.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry to hear that your product arrived damaged. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as we want you to receive your products and use them. We try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors such as rough shipping and handling by the courier are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.

If your order was placed through floracurl.com, please contact us at hello@floracurl.com with your order number, a picture of the outer package, the product and description of the damage. We will advise you of the next steps.

Upon confirmation of damage, we will be able to send a replacement or offer a full refund to your original method of payment.

What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you miss the delivery a card will be left by the courier and they will attempt to deliver the next working day up to 3 times. For products returned to us by the courier, due to failure to collect/receive the parcel or due to an incorrect delivery address, it can take any time up to 3 weeks for the courier to return the parcel to us as a result of non-delivery. Once received, a refund of the goods minus the cost of shipping it will be issued. Alternatively, it can be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost.
